BoBo is a show for children and families, suitable for ages 3 and up. At the South Pole—one of the few places on Earth still preserved in its natural state—we find the penguins: those charming little creatures whose clumsy elegance reminds us so much of ourselves. The Pingüin family, the stars of this story, live in perfect harmony. In the mornings, Mamá Pingüin looks after the home and in the afternoons she goes fishing. Papá Pingüin fishes in the morning and takes care of the home in the afternoon… and little BoBo does what he loves most: eating and playing all day long. But something is changing… BoBo is about to embark on a surprising adventure. Today, his parents have told him he’s going to have a little brother!

Through the funny misadventures of this young penguin, the show playfully explores everyday situations between parents and children. Because of its themes, BoBo is an ideal puppet show for school and family audiences. The story of BoBo explores the emotional challenge faced by a child who must share the love and attention of their parents with a new member of the family. Our “dethroned prince” will have to overcome this test, and in doing so, will discover that he’s gained a friend for life.
